Never a very thin person, I have struggled with my weight before my age reached double digits. I have always been athletic and fairly decent with sports, so working out is not a problem – in fact, I enjoy it! I like running, lifting weights, taking step, kickboxing or other classes. I love yoga and pilates. My problem, like just about everyone’s – is lack of time. My most recent fitness mag included a program in which you work out 20 minutes a day, everyday. Since becoming a Mom (4 years ago next month) my fight against fat has been extra hard, so I’m willing to try anything.
